01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If er77 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

The minimum deposit on er77 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though er77 may apply limits to individual accounts based on verification status.

All funds deposited on er77 must come from a payment account that belongs to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your er77 account, is not permitted. er77 may request proof that the payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from er77 are processed to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Most withdrawals on er77 are processed within 5 to 15 minutes, though processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your name. er77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, er77 may ask you to verify your identity by submitting a copy of your national ID card or other acceptable identification.

• Withdrawals are only available for funds that have been earned through gameplay on er77. Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See the Bonuses section for details.
• er77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all er77 promotions:

• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus once unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on er77.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds on er77.
• Attempting to launder money through er77 or using er77 for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification on er77.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit made to er77.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing er77 staff or other players in any communication channel.

er77 monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. If your account is flagged, er77 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. You will be notified if this happens and given the opportunity to provide clarification.

09 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability
